TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRE-PRODUCTION ORDERS

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-orders are advance purchases for new merchandise that will be shipped at a future date. Placing a pre-order ensures that you secure an item before it is commercially available. This ensures that you secure your YOK GRILL product before production is completed and shipments begin. Each pre-order item or collection will have an estimated shipping timeframe, but please note that these dates are subject to change. We will update our website with any changes as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE AND WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE PRODUCTION IS COMPLETE. ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT IS EXPECTED BY MID-SPRING TO EARLY SUMMER 2025.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before placing a pre-order, please carefully read the following terms:

  1. Payment is required at checkout – Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  2. Order Changes & Cancellations – We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or modify your pre-order, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to production commitments. If your pre-order has already entered the shipping or fulfillment stage, cancellations may no longer be accepted. However, our standard return policy may still apply once the product is received.
  3. Estimated shipping timeframes are not guaranteed – While we aim to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur. Orders will ship as soon as they are available.
  4. Delays may occur – Factors such as production issues, customs processing, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions may extend beyond the estimated shipping timeframe.
  5. Order only if you are willing to wait – Pre-orders are for products that are still in production. While we strive to meet estimated shipping timeframes, delays may occur. Please place a pre-order only if you are comfortable waiting until the product is ready to ship.
  6. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms – Submitting a pre-order indicates that you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
  7. Pre-orders are non-transferable – Orders will be shipped only to the name and address specified at checkout. To prevent fraud, and ensure customer privacy and security, we do not accommodate requests to change recipient details.
  8. Shipment notification – Once the products have arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a notification via email and our social media platforms. Orders will be packed within 24 hours and scheduled for shipment.

RETURNING YOUR PRE-ORDER

Once your pre-ordered item has been delivered, you may return it in accordance with our Shipping & Return Policy.

SHIPPING TIMELINE & DELAYS

  • Processing & Dispatch – Once your pre-order is available in our warehouse, it will be shipped within two business days.
  • Possible Delays – The manufacturing process involves multiple stages, and occasional delays may occur due to quality control, supply chain issues, or other factors. If a delay occurs, our Customer Care team will notify you as soon as possible.
